YOGA for Musicians

. increase strength, flexibility and focus
. strengthen your mind-body connection
. ease performance anxiety
This program is designed to meet the unique needs of musicians, but is not limited to musicians only. Everyone can benefit from these classes.
Classes are suitable for students 12 years and over, and adults of all ages.
All levels of experience are welcome.
Flexibility is not a requirement.

Justyna has all the attributes of an outstanding teacher: deep knowledge and love of her subject, sensitivity to and support for the individual differences in her students' limitations and abilities, and an understanding of how to gently instruct and inspire. She provides just the right amount of detail in her instruction - enough to make the poses feel attainable, but not so much as to be overwhelming. Some of the yoga poses can be tough, but Justyna's instruction is gentle and supportive. I look forward to going to yoga class, I enjoy the challenges while I'm there, and I especially relish the end of class, when we relax with a few minutes of shavasana ("corpse pose") - I am SO good at lying still!
