Ella Weber
Ella has lived in Kitchener-Waterloo all her life and has completed her Bachelor of Music degree with a specialization in Music Education, as well as a Bachelor of Education degree at Wilfrid Laurier University. Once a student of the Beckett School herself, she began violin at the age of 5 and has performed many times at concerts and festivals at the local and provincial level winning numerous awards and scholarships. Ella has had a passion for teaching, both in the classroom and through private music instruction, from a young age, and has experience teaching students of all ages and in various contexts. Her excitement about music education has led her to become involved in the KW Symphony Youth Orchestra Program as a conductor, as well as continuing to volunteer in local elementary and secondary schools, specifically in music classrooms. Ella is also an accomplished pianist and accompanist and enjoys singing and conducting choirs. Most recently she has accepted the position of music director at a church in Kitchener. She is thrilled to return to the Beckett School as a violin teacher.
